Absolutely wonderful stay!

The villa pool felt private and was very good. I also saw Mt Agung in Bali from the dining area most mornings. The housekeeping staff created towel animal figures on my bed, a very nice touch.

LOVELY beachfront resort!

I stayed in the Jacuzzi Villa Plunge Pool. The room was large and well appointed. The pool area was beautiful and well maintained. I enjoyed walking along the beach and the restaurant food was AMAZING!!!
The water pressure in the shower was lower than i expected.

The restaurant offers really good food at affordable prices. I enjoyed the breakfast omelette which was freshly made. The indian food was quite good. I recommend it. The waiter service was EXCELLENT!!!

The pool has a panoramic view and is clean. The grounds are beautifully maintained with lush greenery. There is beach access. It is very convenient. I saw several guests enjoying massages.

The hotel is located right on the beachfront with AMAZING sunset views. The hotel is close to other resorts that have beachside restaurants. It is a quiet location. PERFECT. I liked this area.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. They go above and beyond to accommodate requests. The reception staff are efficient and cute. The manager took time to introduce herself. I found that a nice touch.

professional staff private pool open bathroom slow service dinner reservation empty table
the staff dealt with issues professionally. communication with them was excellent! i liked hamza, jilani and miftah. the 3 bed villa had a private pool, open bathrooms were atmospheric. the sound of the sea put me to sleep at this beachfront hotel.
Service in the restaurant was poor. dinner took two and a half hours. drinks service was very slow. It took 15-20 minutes after ordering. i had to reserve a table for dinner, but many tables were empty early in the evening!
